probably wont be taking mine back, i got some wiimote grips today, doesnt make it all sweaty

A couple of things.

1) That article is stupid, it's offering replacement not recalling, whoever wrote that is a dumbass. On some real talk. I think it's a miss-translation, in the Daily mail they were giving 2 screenshots of people pretending to play the Wii yet they haven't even got their straps on tight correctly, it looks unbelieveably loose and it's giving Nintendo a bad name.
2) Funny how it's the U.S going through the chucking controls through windows and what not right now yet so far I haven't seen any Japs or European gamers gone through that problem. Unless someone can show me one or two articles?
3) If it is literally a re-call, where's the website giving instructions on how to get replacement straps or something? I believe the only way is to call Nintendo itself and file a complaint about your Wii strap.
4) Has anyone broken some sort of ornament in their house playing the Wii on dubcc forums yet?

1.. yup its replacements being offered, not a product recall.

2.. think there have been cases..

3.. there is a website where you can ask for a replacement strap

4.. not yet! ;)

How anybody can toss that thing from their grip and brake their TV or some shit is beyond me. Just HOLD ON to the fucking thing!

Seriously you'd have to be a Grade A dumbass to take things too seriously and launch them into furniture, if they do stupid shit like this on a game then real life they've probably been banned from the tennis courts/bowling alleys.
