Title: Need some suggestions

So i just bought a new laptop...should be coming in a few days...and I want some games for it...some serious sick graphics games...i got a 512 mb video card so it can handle pretty much anything. So i need suggestions on some dope games:

so far i am planning on getting:

Battlefield 2142
Call of duty 3 (whenever its released for pc)
Halo: Combat Evolved (i already have the original)
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent

So sticking with that kind of theme...what are some other good games...? I was thinking of trying the demo for world of warcraft...everyone says its a sick game...any other ideas?

i haven't played World of Warcraft but i've also heard a lot of good things about it, you may become addicted to it though lol.  um...let me see what else i can find, i really don't play computer games but i have a friend who does i'll try to hit him up and see what he has to say.

if you start playing world of warcraft and you get into it a bit, you wont stop its so addicting, my pc is too shitty for it though so I dont play it
on the real though Counter Strike 1.6 or Source, CS is the best computer game ever released and all I play
