That would let him have all of those artists on it that he's gonna want to work with, it would adequately represent the vastness of his career, and it would give him a chance to do what is almost impossible to do: make a double cd with no filler tracks. The Chronic basically had no filler material. 2001 basically had no filler material. If he could make a solid double cd with track after track of high quality music telling a story or whatever he wants to do with it, he'd truly go out on top. I personally am not sure he could pull that off, though.
-
he can do that but we wont see detox before 2010 if its a double cd
-
Hell, we probably won't anyways. I get the impression that Dre is scrambling trying to find how to change the game again, and althogh a double cd wouldn't change the game, it would give him the opportunity to challenge himself to do something nobody's ever done before. The only two pretty dope double cd rap albums I can think of are Pac and Biggie's, and both of those had lots of filler material.
-
Double CD's are always dangerous because of the filler content, but if this is really his final solo album, he might as well.

he shouldnt try to challange him self by making a double cd, when only one is taking him so damn long.

yeah sorta of atribute
-
It would be sick if he split it into east and west coast sounds, with west coast artists on one cd and east coast on the other.
You'd get jayz, nas, busta, gage, joell, 50, eve and em on one side. Bishop, game, snoop, nate, warren, stat (southern) and someone else, on the other side.
-
em should be on both discs, he's way too educated about west coast rap to not be on the west coast disc...it's hilarious to hear him with dpg, you can tell that dpg and him are fond of each other but in a funny 'goddamn, we're different as fuck' kind of way.
