my homies had to update their wii's when they went online for the first time
we tried to figure out what was new but we couldnt find it
does anybody know what the (european) update does? cuz i still dont have it

those wii tv screens that fade when you go to the menu i think are new with it, the rest is technical shit i think!

Seer-San is always quick off the mark, he keeps beating me to the updates lol. Roll on friday i'm looking forward to using ebuddy on it :p. Btw on that comic strip for that website, i don't like the way it says trial version and final version...It's making me fret. I want a free browser in full :(.

the full version is launched in march.. for free.. but.. after june 07 its a pay download (wii points thingy) so get it when it comes out!

maybe this is just a beta... and this is how they are paying us back in march by getting it free since we help shape the application? who knows... but im sure its just still in beta mode... but hey as long as it works.... glad its releasing this soon... hell yeah... i was thinking we werent getting it til like jan or feb

it also states that it will cost 500 wii points in june.... which is only 5 bucks... so that still a really good deal....

Well in short as above here it is.
- What is being released this friday is the Beta version of the Opera Browser, we have no idea what's bad about the beta version so we'll find out soon.
- In March 2007 the full version will be released for free, until June 2007 it'll cost 500 Wii points.
Maybe the beta versions might not include certain stuff? Like we already know it WILL contain Flash which may help for some websites, but other utilites might not be available or something.

i just got my new router through the post today cause the old one stopped working with my DS and it was B router anyway. the new one is all good and works with the Wii and the DS 8)
the software update doesn't do much it gives you that screen between loading but it does update the data management menu so you can actually copy saves and view data on the SD card now, i thought it was really weird you couldn't do that before, but its fixed now...
being lazy here but how do i get my own friend code...in the mii channel it says something about a wii message board to add people but i'm guessing that hasn't launched yet? gonna check it all out now but if anyone could break it down would be appreciated 8)

I would just like to mention that the dreamcast had a internet browser 7 years ago. Browsing the internet on a game console when you have a computer, amazing? I think not.
