I've read the reviews and they haven't been pretty good. But a lot of muhfuckas are just biased. Since Black Ty is from the West, I wanna know what y'all think of the album. Is it worth coppin?
-
I couldn't listen to alot of tracks on there but the Mannie Fresh track and the outro to the Black Ty disc is alright.
-
People were saying that this cd was pretty dope but when i downloaded it, i didnt like any songs except for the ghetto dayz song
-
I think it's a pretty good album for his first rap album.
-
I bought it and i wasnt disappointed at all...there are just a few tracks that i pass but for the most part its a tight cd to me. The storys he tells are creative...like the song "Fly Away" featuring Kurupt...they tell a dope story...about weather to be an R&B singer or MC etc...the Outro on the Black Ty Disc was dope...Tyrese is talking to Black Ty and Black Ty is trying to get him to get his rapping career jumping again etc...talks shit about how nobody be dancing to Sweet Lady and how Tyrese is always dancing to other peoples shit at the club but his own shit...Tyrese Gibson "The Actor" calls and says a little something about the music industry and how nobody makes dough and just hangs up...haha...I thought it was done very well..."Ghetto Dayz" is my favorite on the Black Ty disc...I like the Lil Jon track on the Tyrese disc "Turn Ya Out"...it reminds me alot of "Lovers & Friends" featuring Usher & Ludacris off the Lil Jon album...the song with R.Kelly is tight too..."Roll the Dice" featuring Snoop & Kurupt is dope, "Roses" is dope...production was tight for the most part...overall it was worth it too me...i was kinda surprised how good it was honestly...I can listen to about 90% of it without fast forwarding it but yeah...theres my 2 cents...

i been thinkin bout gettin it, but i need to know if its worth it

Album isn't worth the money to me...Tyrese can't rap for shit and production isn't that great either..."Roll the Dice" is probably one of the few traccs I can tolerate as far as his rapping goes...Typical Tyrese on the singing side...You can throw that on when your knee deep in some pussy, that is if you get any.
-
Its definitely worth buying. The R&B CD is a solid collection of slow jams, and the rap one is definitely more than impressive for a debut.

Shiyeeet...I totally forgot about this Nima...haha...but yeah...the whole shit is right there...proof in the pudding...shit is hot for a debut like EDizzle said.
