Post by: nas_-_stillmatic on November 09, 2001, 07:36:04 AM: my track 'general' will not be on stillmatic, it was made for swiss beats own compilation album.

the intro for my album was just completed today, it has me and jungle of the bravehearts on it and its real gangsta. the intro starts of with a train passing through like illmatic.

earlier this week i extended the track 'stillmatic' by including 1 extra verse. the track is now around the 4min:10sec mark, there seems to be a few complications with the production for that track but we hope to keep the same beat. i noticed that the majority of people on this website were feeling that track, i appreciate the support.

you heard this first.

I can't wait for Nas to release anyway... I love all of his music and have all 4 of his albums. Like he says... Nasty Nas To Esco to escobar now he is Nastradamus. Stillmatic is going to be quite dope and December is going to be very crazy!!!

It's cool AlerG. I said what I said and there is no reason to justify my reasons for saying it. If I come across as an over-obsessive Snoop Dogg fan because of that post, then cool. I could care less. If I show no interest in how I'm portrayed, then no other member of this board should either. This is the internet. Everyone here is behind a screen and writing their own opinions and responses. So my response was legit and fit for my message. All this beefin gets nowhere so don't get to chopping it up.

Back To Nas:
For all those who care about my opinion on his new album I look at it like this. First off I don't know if General is on the album or not, but it has already been claimed the first single off the album, so seeing "nas_-_stillmatic" say its not on the album is quite odd. As for stillmatic, another verse would greatly intensify that song. It would be dope to see. Anyway I'm out.
