Title: I-Pod help (my bad if this is the wrong forum

So i got an 80gb i-pod and plug it in, the i-pod screen reads do not dissconnect, but nothing happens on the i-tunes. Can anyone help me?

goto itunes.com and upgrade your itunes son

I have the newest version of i-tunes, and it didn't come with a cd or anything to install, all it says in the instructions is to d/l i-tunes and then plug it in.

You got to make sure the itunes is the latest version. I just got the biggest ipod there is and I had the same prob. So I re downloaded itunes and it worked then. Now im having probs converting movs.
