Post by: Suga Foot on January 03, 2007, 10:15:55 PM
Alright, I need an apartment for February.  $750.00 a month is my limit.

These are the acceptable areas within Greater Vancouver:

-East Van
-North Burnaby
-Central Burnaby
-New West
-Coquitlam
-Port Moody

The ones in Bold are my preferred areas.

aaaaaaand go!

This one doesn't look bad, I'll probably set up a viewing on Sat.  It's near a college so that means lots of young meat.  :)

Theres a bachelor in this one for 730/month on the 2nd floor.  Im not sure if it's worth it.  There's nothing around it within walking distance.  But it's a nice building.

do you cook? if not, then a bachelor is great cos theres no kitchen. I always end up renting studios and single bedrooms but never use the kitchen so its like a waste of money however much the kitchen is in the percentage of the rent.

hardwood floors look good on the first one. 2nd apt floorplan looks pretty big too. you can section off the bedroom and everything it seems.

and damn 730 is cheap haha.

thats a fat (and phat) apartment for 750. go for it, all i know is california real estate where 750 gets you two weeks in a bullet riddled refrigerator box so this looks like a great deal
