yeah i know, i been doin that shit for years, and it works but gotta do situps not to fuck up yo back, and if you really wanna lose weight, you better start runnin, i dont cause i dont got problems with weight but i know people who do and it really works, i got a bench and weights so i can work out most of my muscles without goin to the gym, holla!

For you arms, do 2 sets of curls a few times a day. I use 25lbs. and i get pretty good workouts with them. Search the internet for indoor workouts. I found a workout called the Genius' Dumbell workout, if I can find it again I'll post a link
