-
yeah that track is dope and when i read the credits i was thinking if it was the basketball player or someone else name chris webber. At least he can fall of producing since his game is almost done.
-
truth be told, if you just listen to this beat as a instrumental its not really a great beat. But it fits the whole vibe of the song so well that every meshed together to make a great song.
-
Nas is so dope on this track...
-
beat is dope
best song on album to me
-
C WEBB IS A REAL NIGGA HE USE TO BE IN THE HOOD IN SAC SMOKN PURPLE
-
Wait...so that song Kurupt did with "C-Webb" a few years back was the real Chris Webber?
-
Wait...so that song Kurupt did with "C-Webb" a few years back was the real Chris Webber?
yeah "Gangsta Gangsta" C-Webb had a tight voice..."Gangsta Gangsta tell me how you do it?"
-
to me it's still unreal that he produced it. his severly overpaid ass could easily pay someone to produce it, while payin him some extra to shut the hell up about it.

Hd no idea he produced this. Probably my favorite track on HHID.
-
LMAO yeah I started dyin when I realized it was Chris Webber. I mean...I'm not surprised, a lot of people have more than one talent. The beat is nothing amazing but it is dope for the song. I think it woulda worked better during a funeral scene in a movie, because it's too slow for Nas to ride.
Did any of y'all ever have the CD "B-Ball's best kept secret"? It had a grip of rappers on there, and some of em were dope...it had J Kidd, Payton, Shaq, Ceballos and Warren G (classic song), Dana Barros, Dennis Scott, Malilk Sealy, and a few more ballers.
-
"Blunt Ashes" is fuckin amazing track...one of the high points of the second half of Hip Hop Is dead.

This is one of the sickest songs on the album hands down. Props to CWebb for this one. This was the "Smokin" of HHID
