at the end of Ain't Nothin' Like Pimpin' off of Too $hort's Cocktails album??  Sounds just like him, and MC Breed was all over that album...and since Brred and DOC were workin' together around that time it would make sense..

I'm pretty sure it's him.And I'm almost certain think he's in the end of Biggie's "Warning"
