Title: i was 73 kg's this monday, right now im 69.3 kg's

i've had a rough week struggling to make weight.im fighting tomorrow, im not aloud to eat or drink anything until we weigh in tomorrow at 10 am. it sucks :(

wish me good luck!i havent been fighting since october, but im in good shape! i'll tell ya how it went tomorrow!

i dont know about you, but im 180 now and im trying to push 195-200 in 07'. anybody got any advice?

increase your carbs and protein. and go up on heavier weights and more sets but less reps on each set.

and Soul, i used to box aswell but i always kept a pretty steady weight coz being on diets and trying to sweat out the last couple of kg´s made me hella weak and unfocused.

Also, seared ahi tuna is not only a great source of protein, but it also works like viagra. True story.

Tuna will bulk you up but don't eat chunk white unless you want mercury poisoning. Tuna has 34 grams of protein per can. Try to stick to one can of chunk light a day.
