who produced this? it's kinda different, i just heard the whole thing for the first time. do we have that shit in cdq here somewhere?

It sounds like Daz produced it, his beats have been getting more clear since D&YGII dropped in '05..."Everybody" & "1 N 1 Out" are dope tracks from that new album too... 8)

while I really like the rapping on 1 n 1 out it is imo a subpar daz beat. not funky, and that scares me cause daz has said he is done with g funk. agh

I feel you homie. I ain't feelin the beat on 1 N, 1 Out at all :-\ the rapping is dope, but man I need a good beat as well. I know ppl is gonna say "good, we needa get away from that g-funk sound, it ain't big no more, we needa re-invent ourselves etc. etc. etc." but i'm saying man fuck it, I love that g-funk sound 8) All my fav. tracks got that bangin gfunk sound 2 it. the ENTIRE dogg pound crew (im talkin every1) is my fav. because of all the gfunk classics. But I want more ;D

Nah, dre's new shit is fantastic still. the shit he did for jay z is still very melodic. a nice cross of jazz and funk and experimental rap.

Yeah same here. im hoping it was some halfway prototype beat; "Kurupt write your verses, we'll build a beat around it" type thing.
