i own a mac also. its not what its cracked up to be. its a wimpy computer. and most people who own macs are liberal sissys who hate microsoft with a passion and only bought a mac as an act of rebelion.

Post by: Luke on February 03, 2007, 12:34:25 PM: whats lame about macs too is that they are hella expensive for what you get...a 17 inch macbook pro w/ 1gb of ram and a dual core processor w/ an *ok* video card and like a 120gb hard drive is like 2500 bucks...you can get a windows laptop for just over a grand with better specs

i knew EJ would find this thread at some point yeah Mac OS X is better than XP in a lot of ways if u are doing high tech animation and video rendering especially also work more stable as a server due to the fact it's based on the unix platform... another BIG THING IS THAT MACs DON'T GET VIRUSES!

what it all boils down to is preference. I love PCs myself, use one everyday, but still have much respect for the MAC
