I am not 100% sure, because can't find the original track on the Internet to listen to, but it could be the track
The Supremes - Baby Baby on their album "Right on" (1970).

If you check this site on section track 8  - http://www.freewebs.com/supremes70sreissues/righton.htm
The lyrics match to that sample, and the sample does sound to come from an old track.
You should be able to get the track for a dollar or less on iTunes or some internet pay site.
