rather than have everything spread out lets get it all here... not to much talk about this album but im guessin most peeps will have it within a day or two...
i heard so far
str8 westcoast
benefit of the doubt
bad intentions
the wash
No
on the blvd
and get fucked up with me
for real.... the more i listen to it... IM really feelings that truth hurts... DRE could DEFINITELY be workin with more R n B artists.. this shit is hot... i remember he was supposed o work with Dangelo way back that woulda been hot
No is kinda ehh.. the beat isnt amazing but better than i expected from a guy named Joe Beast
the xzibit song is good but not amazing also... i havent listened a ton yet
str8 westcoast, on the blvd, bad intentions, the wash are alll hot as fuck... i aint feelin the wash like the best song ever mad people say its the best dre snoop song since g thang but personally i liked all the other dre and snoop collabo more.. next episode on the blvd ect. but thats just me
the bilal song is aight... one of his better songs woulda been hotter if it was dangelo like i was sayin before... bilal is kinda a dangelo rip off... and it woulda been nice to hear him over a dre beat again cause all the other ones came off real nice
for those of yall that heard this whole shit or some of it
how about a Muder was the Case comparison.... everyone isnt feelin this cuase they was so hyped up but mad peeps lovin that STDK and i think this is better... so far at least...
-
Man, this does not compare to Murder Was the Case....:shakes head: not even close. Come on, Muder was the case, One More Day, What Would U Do, NATURAL BORN KILLAS, Dollas n Sense, i could go on..
I mean ya, this album is dope, but it is too earluy to compare it with that album, cuz thatalbum is classic for sure...this is just a quality soundtrack with some outstanding cuts.....
-
I have only heard 4 tracks from tha wash, so i cant compair to MWTC, MWTC was an outstanding soundtrack wit many classic cuts
-
Shit, since finding out Dre produced the Busta & Bilal tracks my expectations have gone up. Yep, why are some peeps cryin, it looks like Dre did a lot of beats. So if it's Dre, this should be gravy...
01. Dr. Dre feat. Snoop Dogg - On the Blvd Produced by Dre
02. Bilal - Bring 2 Produced by Dre[/b]
03. D12 - Blow My Buzz
04. Truth Hurts featuring Shaunta - Benefit of the Doubt Produced by Dre
05. Dr. Dre feat. Knoc-turn'al - Bad Intentions
06. Xzibit - Get Fucked Up with Me Produced by Dre
07. Yahroo - My High
08. Busta Rhymes - Holla Produced by Dre
09. Bubba Sparxxx - Bubba Talk
10. Shaunta - Good Lovin Produced by Dre
11. Daks - Feels Like I Can Fly
12. Supafly - Gotta Get This Money
13. Toi - Everytime
14. Knoc-turn'al - Str8 West Coast Produced by Dre
15. Joe Beast - No Produced by Mel-Man
16. Dr. Dre feat. Snoop Dogg - The Wash Produced by Dre
-
i dont think dre produced the Bilal track... its a pretty good track but really doesnt sound like a dre production at all... and its nothing amazing...
Joe Beast - No is prod by mel man just so peeps know
-
I'll wait til the album comes out.
-
my thoughts:
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm , i didn't listen it yet dogg ;D
-
I think The Wash is comparable to MWTC. There was a LOT of filler on MWTC in between the classics. Either way, Im diggin them both..its all gravy.
-
The Wash isn't as good as Murder was the Case...That d-12 song is garbage...The Dre tracks are tight especially Bad Intentions and The Wash which is not as good as G thang but pretty damn close...On the blvd is tight and The Xzibit song is fire(can't wait for Man Vs. Machine)...I'd give this a solid 4 mics...Murder was the Case was around a 4.5...
-
"Blow My Buzz" is an ill fucking song.
-
damn i proably need to get this when it drops
-
im not fellin it that much, only a few dope tracks
-
all i gotta say is 3 words ............. Busta Rhymes - HOLLA!
-
nawwwwwww fuck that the hole album is fuck up ,,, n when u fucked up the album is more bangin ,, this isn't a classic but sure dope asssssss fuck ,,, tell me i'm wrong,,, hen hen , i ain't wrong, n u know it
-
On the Blvd was produced by Jelly Roll. At least thats what they said on the radio.
-
I heard that somewhere before too, to tell you the truth. But i'd like to think the doctor produced it....cuz that beat is crazy. If not, good for Jelly Roll!
-

Don't know. When Dre phoned into TRL, he said this was one of the few songs he didn't produce that he rapped on.
