The Skins are in terrible shape and look like they wont be good for a long time.
Niners, Bills, and Titans all young teams on the rise with alot of money to spend i look for all three of these teams to be very good next year.

Most players salaries are arranged so that instead of getting paied an even amount every year, they start of small and get paid more each year. With all the player's raised salaries the teams are already over the cap for next year.
