what up..wanted to get some opinoins on Suga Free... first let me name a few songs i know and like that he was on .... Inside Out, Tip Toe, Down Down Down, mostly the ones feat Quik, AMG, Hi-C etc... i wanted to get one of his cds..and i was probly going to go with one of the Features simply because of the guests...
what do you all think is his best work? and whats up with that Pomona Pimpin Cd...selling for mad money on Amazon..... anyone got a link to dl that?

just buy street gospel... one of the best albums ever made
-
I like all of his stuff. Testament is dope and Just Add Water was good. But yeah start with Street Gospel.
-
Yeah testament ;D

its real good not that good. Production's amazing though. Suga Free gets sort of annoying after a while. I like 2nd II None and AMG a lot better but still a great shit.
-
I like "Street Gospel" and "New Testament" the same
the good tracks are equal to the good tracks on the other
-
"Street Gospel" is more for the DJ Quik fans. If you want vintage upbeat pimpin music, go with New Testament and Just Add Water. Suga Free is one of the few rappers to get better with time, and literally, not change his perception of his music. Money nor time changed him. Check out his J-Steez stuff, "Pimpin in the Year 3000" and "I would die for you".
The realest rapper on the west for sure.

GOTTA GO WITH NEW TESTIMENT AND SECRET CONGREGATION. HE'S REALY CHOPPING GAME SPITTING IN THOSE CD'S. JUST ADD WATER HAD A COUPLE JUICED SLAPS I REALY LIKED, BUT THAT NEW TESTIMENT IS A CLASSIC AND SECRET CONGREGATION IS THAT NEW MILLENNIUM SHIT. LIKE JUICED UP............
