this album is dope. wasn't really feelin the one after it though. it's been a while since i gave it a spin, gonna be doin that soon. also be sure to check out low profile's (W.C. & DJ Aladdin) "we're in this together" album. To me, W.C. has about 3-4 CLASSICS in his catalog.

Put On The Set is the one of the funkiest songs I have ever heard. Who knew a song about smoking weed and watching TV could be that good?
-
yeah I hear some mediorce production on a track or two (more specifically: "Homesick", and "West Up) as much as I like Werst Up its not much of a production job but looping george duke's "Reach For It") but I get to tracks like "Feel Me", "Curb Servin" and "Takin Ova" and im like yeeeaaahh
-
Takin Ova is my shit. WC definitely was killin the songs lyrically. He just took that momentum into The Shadiest One. That was a dope album also. The beats were definitely stepped up on that one
