I think we can all agree that Bosh is a great PF for his age and that Toronto's run & division lead is impressive and shit, but there is no hopes for him getting the MVP award this year.

I dont think he will win the MVP, but hes proving to be one hell of a leader at a very young age.  Anyone catch Kobes comments on Bosh last night after the game?  Kobe said what Bosh is doing was great for the franchsie, he loves Bosh' work ethic and Kobe would give his aproval of Bosh as MVP.  Good praise coming from Kobe.

he keeps getting better. Toronto is deep too, there is more talent then Bosh, and i think some ppl dont see that...
IMO Calderon is as good a backup PG as there is, and should probably start somewhere soon...

He'll definatly win an MVP one day but no time soon. I'm really feelin CB4, his game is just nice. Reminds me of a more athletic Tim Duncan.

thats the good thing about Toronto is they got different guys who can step up any given night.  Calderon, Bargnani, Parker, Peterson = All solid role players who dont make mistakes, and play with confidence.  Toronto has a killer team this year, Ive believed in their talent since the off season.  Now its finally starting to come together.  Bosh is the leader no doubt tho, his game is getting crazy these days.  Not many guys can stop a 6'10 PF with quikness and a deadly jumper.

So you can only discuss topics about Kobe, and have nothing to contribute to any other discussions?  Doesnt say much about your so called knowledgeof the game.  You cant only comment on Laker related stuff and act like Mr. Basketball

What the hell are you talking about? LMAO. I discuss basketball all the time in this section. you really must be fucking stupid if you don't see that, buddy. Then again, you're the same nutrider who claimed Kobe was my sig on this board from day 1. It's not healthy to ride someones nuts because they don't share the same views as you...LOL. Anyone who thinks Bosh is the MVP deserves to get their head smashed in anyways...It's self-explanatory.

The Raptors aren't going to win 50 games so there is no way he's getting MVP.

The Lakers won 45 games last season and Kobe was a serious candidate for MVP.  Considering the turn around from last season to this season, Id def say Bosh is worthy of MVP talk.  Im not saying hes the front runner at all, Id put Kobe, Dirk and Nash all ahead of him, but its crazy how far hes taken the Raps this season, hopefully they continue to improve and make progress in the second half of the season.

The 50 win mark is pretty much the gold standard for any team to have a MVP winner.  If the Laker's would have won five more games last year Kobe more than likely would have taken the trophy.

The sub 50 win season is what killed him, if he can get the Laker's to 50 this year he'll have a better chance than last year.

Don't worry, your love will out weigh anything negative they say about Kobe.  Keep aiming high.

In the last 25 years, only players from teams with 50 or more wins have won the award, all but assuring that the MVP will be from a playoff-bound team.

^^I know that typically players from winning teams win the trophy, but that's not at all a rule...Lakers were chosen to finish last in their conference by a good amount of journalists last season. The 45 wins on its own shoulda' won him the trophy... :-\
