Title: Can anyone tell me about this LBC Crew album???

I found it floatin around the internet, real rare shit. But is this an actual LBC Crew album, because this album seems to be non excistant and i cannot find info on this album ANYWERE, cant google it or nuthin. Supposedly this album came out in 1996
