i havent made a thread in a long tyme but i was i listenin to some song and i needed to ask something
k these two songs:
"its Jimmy" Kurupt . on tha bones albums
and
"diddy" - p. diddy
first of all what do u all think of this song?
"it jimmy" is alright to me.. nothin too special or anything
"diddy" - dont get me wrong people.. but i like the beat to this song and its not bad and i like it.. well thas my taste
so anyway
tha chorus for diddy is "the d, the i, the d, the d, the y, the d, the i, the d... its diddy"
k
then tha one for "its jimmy" is "the j. the i, the m, the m, the y, the b-o-n-e... its jimmy"
so who came up with this first
i think p diddy ya kno since tha album came out first but i'm not sure

It's Probably A Curtis Mayfield Interpolation.

It is from an old Jungle Brothers song Jimbrowski, and also BDP had a song called Jimmy with that same chorus too. I can't actually remmeber who used it first, but definitely not Diddy or Kurupt and Roscoe. PEACE
