DMX new video, "Who We Be" just premiered on BET. It's the DOPEST SICKEST MUTHAFUCKIN VIDEO OF THE YEAR so far. It's in black and white; it retraces the Civil Right Movement and the human struggle in general (Black, White, whateva...). It's in black and white but in a certain way, with kids and shit and "real life" footage in history, like... Yo! I cannot describe that shit! IT'S BRILLIANT, CRAZY, CRAZY, CRAZY!!!!!!!!! I swear, y'all... And that joint is the BOMB! Yo, DMX is my favorite rapper right now. NOT my favorite MC (I talked about the difference in another thread) but my favorite RAPPER, hands down. HE'S THE MOST IMPORTANT RAPPER SINCE THE LATE GREAT TUPAC. He'll be a LEGEND, watch my muthafuckin word. But in the meantime, check the video, ANYWHERE. And get "The Great Depression" on October 23rd...

I watched the video probably 20 times since I first posted that thread. Whoever doesn't feel X has a right to do so but, please, let's forget about the X, Pac thing... coz we'll NEVER agree anyway. the video for "Who we be" is the shit. I would say probably the best I've seen this year.
As for the song: I think the production is good. But dmx rhymes over the beat are too simple:
for example: It would have been better if he showed some lyracism.
