According to an article in Ozone Magazine, Crunchy Black said that half of the songs used for Three Six Mafia's last album Most Known Unknown were originally for his album and he was not getting paid for it. He stated that he had to pay for his own travel and hotel expenses, he was not allowed to go into business meetings with his lawyer, and that Three Six Mafia was behind shady business practices with his money.
As of now, Crunchy Black (along with former Three Six members, Gangsta Boo & Skinny Pimp) has, once again, joined Nick “Scarfo” Jackson (the creator of Prophet Entertainment that was once the home of Three Six) in his new mixtapes & albums with the New Prophet Camp [1].

I think they peaked when they dropped that Hypnotize Camp Posse compilation. People had already left but it REALLY started falling apart after that.
