Crosby says some bad things about Pac, my opinion, yes he sold drugs but he had to with the situation he was in at the time, which was poverty, read Pacs life Crosby before u start talking shit... everyone makes mistakes in they life but Pac did so much to give back that the mistakes he made are way less to what he has given bacc... I don't condone selling crack, now matter how fucked up your situation is... Is your life worth more than all the lives you're ruining with that shit?
Then again, I AM a white, middle-class boy, so wtf would I know about the inner city-struggles ;)
But Pac wasn't the worst tho, he didn't glorify selling crack, he said he did it "because he had to"... and even tho I think that's bullshit, it's better than the way peeps like 50 & Game are portraying... them being the shit because they sold some rocks...

Pac spoke to the people, from the heart, not making the young fans sell crack, he was tellin them how bad like on crack is... Pac was on some black panther shit.

I mean, you can't really get mad at what he says.
I definitely don't think Pac was a big time dealer in any way at all...but I do think people seem to worship him, even for his bad ways, just because it's "cool to do" you know? He didn't glorify it as much as 50 or Biggie especially, just as Mygla said...and in his typical ways, Pac contradicted himself in many different ways...on one song saying he "had to push crack"...but then on changes he said "but you made it in a sleezy way, sellin crack to the kids". So I would actually go after 50, Wu-Tang, and everybody else who reaaaaally makes it seem like pushin crack is the hottest thing to do, just because they emphasized it a whole lot more, and never even considered speakin against it.

He didn't contradict himself. He was saying the same thing in both songs. He had to get payed. In "Changes" he was just reflecting on the negative the occurs because of it.

Well to be real, if that's the case, he never did glorify it to the level that other rappers do. I just felt that was a contradiction because he knows how bad it is...but he "had to" as if there were NO OTHER options...and for those that know his story, we know he was a dancer and actor even before he rapped, so it's like damm, when did he really push, and did he really have no other options?

They focus on the THUG 2pac and they imitate that. You can see that with all the rappers that have come out since his death, all emulating that image.
Cosby could have gotten a lot deeper with his commentary than he did.

2/3 of the rappers claim that they sold drugs and are proud of it.
So I ask myself why he blames Pac, he's nearly the only rapper that mentions the negative sides of it
oh and somebody should tell this guy that you shouldn't attack dead people because they cant' defend themselves

You have a good point but at the sametime people have to understand that some of these street cats are selling drugs just to get by, some are selling cuz they enjoy doing that shit, u see Pac didnt even have a home at the time he was selling drugs, he had to do something to stay alive, yes its a bad thing but at the time does a nigga really have any choice... and ur right they look at the negative side of Pac, the thug image but u know what thats what makes tupac, he has both sides but u have to take in fact that Tupac is just like any other human being who has a good side and bad side but see Pacs bad side is becus of the situation he is in, just like a lot of other blacks in the community, no jobs and racism so has a reason for the bad side... at the sametime is was making positive strides to help this same community that created the bad side. Its much more deeper than people think but they dont look at the overall picture of Tupac, u have to take everything into account... so many other rappers glorify it in the wrong way... like Young Jeezy talking about moving bricks but is that dude homeless or that was part of his grind but has he been in the gutter.. i dont think he has so cosby should be attacking him not Pac...
