I got this from Davey D' s Newsletter:

Despite Snoop's high visibility and success these days, he unfortunately can not escape the stigma that is often attached to rap stars. Last week officials from the University of Iowa denied Snoop access to their campus. They felt that Snoop would attract 'undesirables' and cause security concerns. The remarks drew fire from the campuses African American community who found the denial as racially motivated. The person who made the final decision happened to be Black himself. UI officials said their concerns stemmed from Snoop's sordid history. They did not seem to want to take into account the current success of Snoop's Puff Puff Pass It Along Tour where he's donating money to the Red Cross as well as visiting local shelters.

That reminds me of some English newspaper that had frontcover on Snoop with headline like 'Kick that evil bastard out!' Snoop is always gangsterish, and they know that.

I remember that picture of snoop with newpaper... its on my site, but about Iowa State... that is straight bullshit... iowa is like a 2 hour drive from my house and some of my friends go there... fuck them...

i kinda don't blame them. i mean the last 2 times i saw snoop in concert there was a bunch of crips, and crip wanna be's there so i seriously don't blame them right now with all this terrorist shit going on right now

You know he ain't much of a role model. Plus his track record of peaceful performances ain't exactly squeaky clean.
