I don't know why everyone likes "Thank You". Because its deep, revealing, emotional and real? No it wasn't. Its a one dimensional song with a one dimensional message. He was trying to hard to connect with his fans. The worst Xzibit song I've ever heard, the beat was awful too. Sounded like something from the Full House or something.

is full circle worth it? i didnt bother. i think xzibit was starting to get played out anyways and since i heard the shit wasnt that great i never bothered. hows production?

well with him its sort of in a different way. i gave x mad play and after it seemed like there were limits to how much i could listen to his voice/style. that was years ago though so i guess he might be fresh again.

It's not his best album but I enjoyed it. That song Thank You is dope.

it probably ranks as my 4th fav. x album. no point in releasing a single, the album flopped hard, and nothing will change that now. don't waste time promoting it. take it like a man, chalk it up, and get to work on your next solo 8)

The song has no substance or meaning. Its just him straight up with boring lyrics, no clever word play, just a after school special with Xzibit. Sounds like something 13 year old girls listen to make them feel better about themselves.

I've lost a lot of respect for Xzibit's music. All artists change over time, especially these old rappers who've moved on to better things. BUT listen to Cubes album LNCL. Same Cube from 15 years ago. Same emotion. Same person. Same classic, enjoyable music. Xzibit went soft, his whole style changed. When you listen to Full Circle its obvious it was written, recorded and produced in weeks time. No effort, no thought. And thats why it flopped.


If you listen to Restless then listen to Full Circle, its pretty sad how hes changed. Even WOMD was better. The problem with Full Circle was obviously the budget. Production was awful.

That Xzibit's track that is playing on this thread, is that the actual CD quality version????
Cuz if it is..its a far cry from the production quality on Restless and WOMD..

On a side note, i like the track though!!

You'd be better off buying WOMD. Full Circle is terrible.

So he does a cheap, low budget one. He doesn't need a big named director with big scenery and millions of dollars in cars.

Plus don't act like dude's broke and he'll be hurtin'. He's making more than anythang off Pimp My Ride. ;)

pretty much.

a few tracks were hot(rollin, black and brown, movin in your chucks) , but most of the album was pretty wack...production being one of the reasons.
