Fredrick Nassar a.k.a Fredwreck, got his start in the rap biz as a Dj at a Bay Area radio station in California, KMEL. He would get to be recognized in Cali and eventually would produce material for Bobby Brown, King T, Jodeci & um...Everlast. It wasn't intil lately that his talent for makin dope west coast beats was noticed by big names like Kurupt and Bigg Snoop Dogg. "Streetz iz a Mutha" is were Fredwreck began to do some serious damage, "Who Ride Wit Us", "Represent Dat G.C" and "Callin Out Names" were tracks he laced for Kurupt's album. His production style is very reminiscent of the early 90's bouncy funk which the West is known for. In the summer of 2000, Fredwreck would tag along for Dr. Dre's "Up In Smoke" tour, were he ran a couple shows behind the turn tables for them. His work has recently been heard on "Pleezbaleevit!", where he produced the first Doggy's Angels single, "Ridaz Wit Me", and 3 other bangin songs to his name. These days, Fredwreck is known through out Cali, were his fresh beats are being bumped constantly. He is gaining more and more respect as his music is heard. This mutherfucka is tight, many of you know that, maybe cause he keeps his beats sounding very funky, and each a lil different from the last. Fredwreck will return alongside Kurupt for his forthcoming album, "Space Boogie", were he's rumored to be handling the majority of the production. Keep ya eyes peeled for that record sometime in the spring. Also, Fredwreck will be working with rapper Knoc-turn'al, off L.A. Confidential Records producing tracks for his album, "Knoc's Landin".
