What do you normally bump in your mp3 player when you're at the gym?
I got some Eazy E songs, a few Game songs and some BEP.
When I do cardio, i normally put on Game's 300 bars which is like 15 minutes long.. When the song is over then i know i got another 15 minutes to go.. lol

How does Eazy E get you pumped? You must have alot of energy.
Hey, that's what's up for you then, LOL.

Crime Mob, Pastor Troy, Lil Jon, Ying Yang Twins, Three 6 Mafia

i cant concentrate with music on. ive tried public enemy, smif n wessun, ice cube but it just distracts me from working my hardest.

I like hard music sometimes, but the best thing is something with a good rhythm. Daz is one of my favorites for working out. I'd also recommend Ludacris, Clipse, Mannie Fresh/Cash Money shit, T.I., DMX, Lil Jon, and just some hard funk - any mid 90s gangsta rap.

I think I've had X's "Ruff Ryders Anthem" on just about every workout CD/playlist I've ever made for about the past 9 years now, literally. Can't think of a better workout song than that one, especially on bench.
In general, I gotta have stuff that's hard as fuck and G'd up. Here are a whole bunch of songs that seem to be pretty common on playlists I make:
Pac - "Ambitionz As A Ridah"
Bone Thugs - "No Surrender"
Dead Prez - "It's Bigger Than Hip-Hop"
Fabolous - "Breathe"
Jigga - "U Don't Know"
Nas - "Hate Me Now"
Biggie feat. Bone Thugs - "Notorious Thugz"
Three-6 Mafia - "Tear Da Club Up"
Trick Daddy feat. Lil Jon/Twista - "Let's Go"
Love these joints, quintessential max-lift fist-pumping shit.
Other than rap, I like my playlists to have a bit of rap-rock (Rage Against The Machine, Linkin Park, P.O.D.), some heavy metal (especially AC/DC, Van Halen and Guns 'N Roses), some techno/dance (Paul Oakenfold, The Prodigy, Junkie XL), and maybe the odd R&B joint or two (Rihanna's "Pon de Replay" is on my most recent playlist). It really depends.

^^haha
plotting on the devil while singing along to 80's rock.
man just throw on whatever you listen to as background music. you're focus isnt on music but your workout and like homeboy said above, it is distracting if you have songs you really like

Slayer,Rage Against The Machine,DMX,Scarface,Lil Jon,Busta Rhymes etc etc.
