What's wrong wit this tracklist? I think a lot of y'all are mad cause you expected a Dre/Snoop album. I never set my expectations that high, so I'm cool. We got some tight songs including a debut from Truth & Shaunta.
Is "The Wash" or "Hard On The Boulevard" the next single??
-
...what about the Snoop dogg's solo song?
:P
-
The Wash is the next single... i thought it was Hard On The BLVD but it looks like its gonna be the Wash. CDnow confirmed this. I heard from peeps that this aint what they expected as its too much RnB. i expected more cause everybody hyped it up, it got pushed back a few times and even Mellow Man sayd its the best album since the chronic... well we havent heard it yet so we cant judge. and those 3 dre/snoop tracks are tight too, we'll have 2 wait
-
So what, i don't give a shit unless Dre was behind the boards. A regular Snoops solo wouldn't do shit for this album. One thing that does pisses me off is Hittman... :'(
-
Anyone know which Dre produced? I know that he did, "Hard On The Boulevard," "The Wash," "Benefit Of The Doubt" and prolly "Good Lovin." Maybe even that Knoc-turn'al track.
-
Dre and snoop's collabo?
fuck,only two songs.
TODAY I CRY
-
Dre prolly had Mel-Man do some songs...but his beat on "Dogg Named Snoop" wasn't anything special.
-
tru I dont like that song that much and I thought that the mel-man production was the Lengend of Jimmy Bones
-
That trackilsting seems wack.
-
is this real because dre said there would be a new eminem song on the soundtrack.if this tracklisting is real i'm disappointed. who is yarhoo?, daks? and is toi ms toi?
-
yo im sorry i know we gotta wait and hear how this shit sounds.... and everything i heard so far been dope... but im major disappointed....
i what happened to.... Rakim, Hittman, and more dre snoop tracks???
glad to see knocturnal, busta should be hot if its a dre beat also since every other busta dre has been dope "bounce" "break yo neck"
glad to see xzibit too but i dunno about havin his own tracks... was hoping to see DJ Quik
now what he fuck d 12 "blow my buzz" that shit was on their album already and it wasnt even that good?
who the fuck is Yahroo.. Shaunta... Joe Beast (he with timbaland rihgt?)... Daks? this shit is kinda sounds like "welcome to the aftermath pt 2"... but a little better
where the fuck is Rakim, Eminem, Kurupt, Hittman, i wanted to see DJ Quick, MORE SNOOP,
they been workin on this forever... i dunno who the hell half these artists are but if they are wack thats gonna be some bullshit...
i think i heard that "bubba talk" song too and it wasnt that good.. its a timbaland beat but i maybe i got it confused with something else but i think its on Bubba's Album
-
AND WHERE FUCK IS THE DEVIN THE DUDE'S TRACK?
:( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( : ::) :P
-
Yeah that shit is a bit dissapointing. Personally I was expecting atleast 3 Dre/Snoop trks & I would rather c a new solo Em trk than a Bubba trk. I don't know whats up wit Hittman but I hope Dre got something special coming up from him, cos he seems 2 b keeping him lock'd away!
-
I feel like taking a shit in my pants. I guess I'll have to wait and hear it for myslef, but right now, Im pretty damn dissapointed. Im gonna hope that this is a mistake, but WC2k is always right on with their news, so now im even more dissapointed.
I dont see why dre didnt use some of the 2001 leftovers and bring them up to date....

YO, I've got the Knoc-turn'al Track "Straight West Coast"!
Didnt even know it till I saw the Tracklist!
Its dope ass fuCC and produced by Dr. Dre...I'll u/l it tomorrow...yo Jizzle holla at me on ICQ!
-
Soundtracks for the most part dont sell extremely well. I think its almost silly to put all your best Dre/Snoop collaborations on a Soundtrack. I think the A material should be reserved for the artists' own album. Usually soundtracks are best for getting out new, unheard talent, which I think this Soundtrack should do well with.
-
Yo Crizzip, thanks again for hooking me up with that Knoc-turn'al track.
-
Was that song by Knoc produced by Dre on that promo for "Knoc's Landin"? Was is supposed to be on Knoc's album?
-
i dont think its was for his album, but the track is prod. by dre. and str8 bangin
-
sugefight said that soundtracks like this are supposed to be for bringing up new talent...but i think that's bullshit when this cd was supposed to be tits, ass, and peaches...this was originally supposed to be the dre/snoop reunion album but then got put back to just 4-5 songs and now is a disappointing 2 songs...you don't raise the hopes for a cd like this and rely on new talent, it just doesn't work that way, peace.
-
Maybe they are saving the other Dre/Snoop joints for Snoop's upcoming album or Detox...That would be a smart move rather than put all those songs on the Wash Soundtrack...That means there are at least 2 or 3 more Dre/Snoop collabos potentially on those albums...
-
Doubt it, Dre hasn't even begun recording, he said he'l lstart soon though. "Detox" will be another Dre 'mutation'...it will cahnge music like Chronic & 2001 did with the production. Like Mellow said, Dre sees peeps copyin him and he can't slow down. He's gotta re-formulate soon.
