u should definetly visit phi phi islands if ure going to phuket, one of the most beautiful places i've seen + some of the dive sites are incredible, there are boats that leaves from phuket to phi phi everyday and its only like 2-3 hours away

dont smoke it on the streets, try smoking in your apartment/hotel or some place where ure alone..
