Where did u get the acapella from??? and the Hi-tek Beat??

i got the acapella from the I Need A Light CD Single (also has "In the Midnight Hour Acapella in it) and the beat is from the Shaunta track from the Wash OST (i just looped it since no official instrumental for it was released)
