Just about every song on that thing is FIRE.
Rotten Apple
Playboy 2
Cake
Hands Up
Help
You Know The Deal
Get Clapped
New York New York
Iceman
More good songs than any other east coast album. Actually maybe this ties 'Blood Money'.

AZ - The format

lol.....yeah blood money and rotten apple are classics..............but to me, the best album of the last 5 years gotta go hands down to tony yayo
-
LMAO ROFL... :D

Glad to see yall don't hate on g-unit as much as the last time i was around.
Tony Yayo album came out in 2005 i think that was the third best of that year behind The Massacre and GRODT Soundtrack.
-
glad to see you still ride them. I ain't a g-unit hater. I like alot of there stuff. The new buck album is bangin. Banks' 1st album was off the chain. But you could tell he put NO effort what so ever in the rotten apple
-
^^to me bucks album is 50/50....he got hella heat and hella wack shit...its like a mixture ....overall its a step forward though still for them niggaz, its mo fresh than all the garbage they droppin

yea. def. a step in the right direction after the mess that was the banks/mobb deep/yayo albums. Even the GRODT sdtk was average.

You're a funny dude! lol

Rotten Apple was not a bad album at all, in fact higly underatted. But to call it the best East Coast album is impossible, because Fishcale and Big Bang came out in 06 and they were much better.
Banks just didn't really diversify too much on this album, but they did go in a much better direction than the Mobb Deep album and GRODT OST.
-
lol banks can suck a dick fucken faget 8)

damn Rik ain't fuckin around. I loved everything that came outta BCC.
I prolly bumped AZ the most, but I'd say Nas' album was the most important album of the year.
And the threadstarter needs to put down the sherm stick.

Yeah man BCC is tight. They put out a lot of dope shit. I could listen to "The Last Stand" the whole way through. Shit I still bump it on the regular.
I was gonna say Nas' but I think BCC edged that cd out. You're right though his album was important, he showed the world he still has it and doesn't have to compromise his music.

No. Banks spit nice on it but with the exception of a few tracks the production was horrible
-
rotten apple is nyquil to me....puts me to sleep every now n then
-
I hope this is a joke

Rotten Apple was a dope album, for me it completley shitted on Hunger For More. ut it definetly not the best from eastcoast in 06, it is amongst top 10 though.
The vibe was great, dark, eastcoast sound, no universal, forced tracks but Banks should step his delivery game up.

I thought his delivery was ok, his voice sounded good too. It was the production that made me maybe give this 3.5/5 instead of something higher. I couldn't say this was better than Hunger For More, but definitley in the top 10 eastcoast albums from 06.

i liked the album but best east coast album of 2006 , no.
