Title: What the worst beat you ever heard?
Post by: tyronehoodboy on March 28, 2007, 03:38:17 PM

For me its a tie between the one and only "Laffy Taffy", "Candy Shop" and any of Lil Jons wack-ass 808 beats.

^ Those two beats are pretty good, just because something is catchy or successful, doesn't mean it sucks. Take away the Candy Shop lyrics and the beat is almost identical to Lean Back.

The worst production of all time can be heard on the following albums:

Dogg Chitt
Cali iz Active (minus Battlecat and Soopa's)
Full Circle - Xzibit

dude, he was talking about the beat, not about the lyrics. Matter fact, that's what the whole topic is about.

Back to the topic, I think Laffy Taffy is one of the worst beats ever. Touch it is also preeeeeetttty annoying.

That one beat from Tha Dogg Pound's Cali Iz Active.  It was one of the bonus tracks.  It had that loud siren in the background.  Pretty much unlistenable.

That Shaccled Up Song Snoop produced for Warzone. Matter of fact, ALOT of those beats are unbearable for me.

'Set It Off' or '213 da Gangsta Clicc' horrible? Come on!

I'll go with crunk beats as the worst hiphop beats. I can't name any particular beat.
