I put it on a better system (than laptop speakers), and I had some sizzurp.. THIS ISNT A HIP HOP ALBUM. DONT GO INTO THIS ALBUM EXPECTING RAP. ITS A DIFFERENT GENRE, SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
It's just like when I didn't pick up Nelly's album cuz I thought it would be like her old 2 albums. But it was full of this new kind of sound/genre that Timbo is creating with his new production.
I LOVE IT, WHO NEEDS HIP HOP. WHEN U GOT URBAN POP.

i think your definently right this is not a rap album and i wouldnt bump it in my ride but i would definently play it at a house party or even listen to it on my ipod.
-
You know what? I gave it another listen and I gotta admit, I still think it sucks.

Thank you sir.
+1 for having a sense of humor.

personally i think a lot of people make decisions on albums before giving them enough listens. To appreciate an album it definatly takes time, the system you play it on also plays a part. I never play new albums on any system except for the one in my room because the other one's arent good enough and will take a way some of the quality of the album. Especially on early listens.

sorry to say it, but i dont like that album much either :-X not yet anyway..
it's got some hot songs, but it's not that good... it might be a good party CD, but definetly not much of a driving/blazing cd.
-
LOL at this thread.
-
shits ok but besides the club i wouldnt bump, it seems :P kinda gay to see a dude bumping techno type music
-
i hope this guy never returns to dubcc

it's funny how people just ditch hiphop because they like an album that leaked 4 or 5 days ago... get all e-xcited and call it a new genre called 'urban-hop' to make themselves feel better for listening to pop.

haha...real spit, that who needs hip hop statement was kinda gay.

Bounce is HORRIBLE, but otherwise this is a nice CD. I truly believe Timbaland is better when doing R&B/pop rather than hiphop. Besides the underappreciated Delieverance cd by Bubba, Timbaland has yet to create a hiphop cd even close to classic.
Never thought i would say this but I'd rather hear him with Nelly Furtado or Justin Timberlake, even One Republic (Apologize is AMAZING).

I'm not ditching Hip-Hop, I was saying who needs hiphop on this album, when u get the awesome pop. And Urban-Pop is what genre it is. Or Current-Pop.
Listen to old Britney Spears/Backstreet Boys, that's not urban, soooo yeah.
