I don't think he had a "official" Quik's groove named that on there but Reprise, the last track would be the closet thing to it.

I got that (Album with all of Quik's grooves minus Quikstrumental) Be here in a couple hours.

DJ Quik Grooves
Quik's grooves from Quik Is The Name, Way 2 Fonky, Safe + Sound, Rhythm-Al-Ism, Balance + Options, Under Tha Influence and extra jams and instrumentals from DJ Quik ( some instrumentals are loops ). Enjoy!

balance and options outro
oh man..i cant beleive i forgot that one..thats my favorite fucking instrumental ever... and props to whomever looped it and posted it in the B&O outro poast i made a few months ago!

Quik's Groove 1 (from Quik Is The Name), is still hands down the best of the series. It's too bad it was never structured into a full-length song, three Quik verses over that beat would've been amazing
-
The opening 1:50 of "The Proem" is classic Quikstrumental, too. I hit the back button on my CD player every time I start this song.
-
Either Quik's Groove I or II was used in Suga Free's 'Dip Da' but changed abit. And the second half of Whateva U Do is apart of the album I put up already. Its just not looped.
-
the instrumentals in visualism....i lost those...anyone got it?
-
Damn.... this is dope... respect to the home boi who linked it up...

props to everyone who hooked up an instramental! anyone have a cropped version of the Proem???
also, Quiks groove 7 from the greatest hits is really smooth too.. AMG's vertical interlude from BBHMM was really good, but sounded very similar to quik's groove one i think

Yeah, a cropped(or looped) version of the 1st part of "Tha Proem" would be sick. LOL, I don't know how to do that shit, though. Thanks for those "Visualism" DVD rips Elko 187!
