Starting in October, Universal will start releasing their CD's so that they can't be copied or read by a CD-Rom... well Warren is on Universal and his album drops in November... so we wont be able to copy our music to mp3s... we do have that legal right too... so what they are doing is illegal.

well they will just have to start makin CD-roms / burners that can copy these "NEW" and improved cd's .......... technology cannot be denied.

if it comes down to the worse someone'll hook it up and record it using another method.
-

the problem with that is the battery -time witch is like 4-6 hours or something like that ...
a month ago, i buyied a sony minidisc RZ700, it takes longer time put the track on the MD, but it's worth it .... the best part is that i can expand the MD up to 320 min / dics.....

I know Nas's albums either "I Am" or "Nastradamus" are copy-proof.

You Must Be Lazy Like Me, I Hate Changing CDs All The Time.

yeah well i think it is possible coz the LITE ON 24x cd re-writer is capable of sub channel reading and writing , u can make exact copies of any cd.. with any protection..but i dont know if it will extend to this new kind of protection devised my UNIVERSAL... but i think it will still be able to make copies.. neway wat they are doing is against the law.. they cant deny a customer who owns his own cd to make mp3s for his own personal use.. someone will take them to court....and then we will have another episode like the napster one..
-
there will be people to find out for us how to get through this. like a program or whatever.. so its not a big case or nothing.. this is what hackers and all those people can do for us :)
-
who cares if its copy proof or not,yea youre right, there is a way around the copy protection............go to a store a buy the album!

im just now started to cd's songs onto my computer in mp3 format ........... its kinda stupid cuz its like well i have the cd and now im gonna have it on the comp........... but i spend more time on the comp than all the way on the other side of my room listenin to it on the stereo.
