I think he said it on dubcnn.... like daz n kurupts first reunion interview here on dubcnn...they asked him about his label situation and he replied with that....

What happened wit hthat situation? I didnt think it would ever go through but I know kurupt did lock & load wit hwayne for tha crater 2... and then they did cali dro for liek fatehr liek son... so they seem pretty tight...

I hope he goes Major, they will provide him with marketing he needs and the benefits from exposure of a major far outweigh the quick cash from a independent. By exposure I mean interviews, tv shows, tours, worldwide releases etc.

No Kurupt & Daz were on Like Father Like Son and Kurupt did the hook on Lock & Load from Carter II but there's no group

I think Snoop was trying to get a joint deal for Kurupt's solo album to be on Cash Money/Doggystyle. They say Snoop was a big reason JD signed Daz to So So Def also but now I think his album will just come out on Doggystyle.
