I haven't been able to get into Traxamillion and San Quinn but I'll definitely check them out. I've heard that Suga Free is good. I'll definitely have to checkout that MC Eiht album and I already have Snoops album.
Thanks for the list.
new nas, murry's revenge
Thanks for the help. I already have Nas's album and I'm more looking for westcoast artists and I'm really looking for the non-mainstream artists. I've heard that "Murray's Revenge" album title before but forget who it's by.

Clinton Wayne, he dropped two "mixtapes" in 2006, but they're album quality, this dudes got a bright future.
I seriously recommend you check him out.
Both are hosted on DUBCNN.COM, first he dropped "Tsoul Ghetto" - http://www.dubcnn.com/connect/index.php?topic=111212.0, which was followed by "Regal Muzik" - http://www.dubcnn.com/connect/index.php?topic=124725.0

Mixtape:
Guerilla Black - Real Niggaz Say Real Shit Vol. 1

you aint missin too much, but proly that Ya Boy mixtape like the others homie said.
this is how it is man. now that the Bay has a little attention in the mainstream, they wanna flood the scene. thus, their emphasis is more on quantity than quality.
personally, id rather check more southern Cali right now as a whole. but the thing with the our big brother is that LA doesnt release enough music, kinda like the opposite of the Bay.
so indulge into your Dangerous Crew, and just wait a little more. Brotha Lynch should be droppin soon, Ya Boy, Bishop Lamont, Omar Cruz, G Malone, and Clyde Carson is worth the wait. 8)

The Quik Live Cd is also worth checking out.

Very true, i would call it a street album though, not a mixtape, i believe every track has original production etc. It's really a nice cd to bump now that summer comes again, some really nice tracks on there 8)

If you read my post I didn't say that I was only looking for mixtapes... I'm looking for any dope album/mixtape that came out in 2006/2007 from westcoast artists. More so from artists I probably haven't heard of like Convinced & K-Aktive is what I'm looking for. Those two I listed suprised me and I'm looking for more stuff like theirs.
