im assuming they were released on the streets first as this was 96/97 so i doubt the net was having much of an impact in terms of bootlegging.

Ive got mak 1-17  them and its not all death row material, some of it is his earlier work.

makaveli 2-6 were the first bootlegs to hit the streets in 1997, leaked by DJ Express..... and someone in the UK.

Yeah the bootlegs were circulating via 1997.

I used to attend the hallowed halls of the Los Angeles City College.

There was this Nigerian guy who came in every thursday with bottlegs. One day he had Makaveli 2,3,4,5,6, and 7.

After listening to the original versions of his work, they buther his newly released studio albums so much, I'll never buy a new Pac album.

The bootlegs are Pac at his rawest form.... it beautiful that I actually can listen to the song HE did, not his vocals mixed over some overly slick Jazzy Pha beat...

Wasnt "Unconditional Love" released in its original/Bootleg form??

I think 2Pac got a pretty good "posthumous discography"... even tho some/most of it is remixed..

Btw, nobody got the original song of "Out on bail"?

It was more than 2-6 buddy. It was Nitro & Dj Express that did most of the bootlegs. There was another whole set too done by Dante & G Litt apparently. Little unknown fact, you know how all you dipshits consider Makaveli Who, So Much Trouble, & Me N My Girlfriend (Original Version) rare? Those things arn't rare. Search for the non-copy bootlegs, & you can find them. There are at least twenty different versions of the same fucking bootleg. So it's going to be quite a hunt. How do I know this you ask? Well....you'll figure that soon enough. If you don't beleive me, you can move on with your day. Oh, and Hywyn aka Selly. " :P " You know what that's for. Hack my account again, & I will make sure your homo sounding ass never touches the net again.

There's original versions of almost every song. Afaik this one isn't widely available.

I remember there were places you can buy them, especially indoors. Also, depending on who you buy it from, there were some Makavelis with different playlist, same songs, but mixed up.
