i had built up calcium stones in my colon.  fucken rocks tore my shit up inside.  was gonna have surgery till i passed the stones a few days ago.

scary shit.  blame the high calcium sunny delight.  should have stuck to my koolaid.

im about 75 % healthy now.  2 weeks ago i was like 10%.  some of the worst pain ever.   :-[
