How happy would you be if the Knicks get 1st of 2nd overall pick ;D?
-
The more important question is if you are a Knicks fan, how would you go about killing yourself?

I am a Bulls fan, and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the Knicks organization for the idiotic decisions over the past few years.

It will be interesting to see what player we can get with the pick. I just hope we don't end up regreting Trading Tyson Chandler and paying Ben Wallace 60 million. Tyson is becoming a younger, bigger version of Ben and he is a better scorer than Ben. And he is a good defender.

Chicago just won GAME 3 against Miami

things are really looking good for Chi town.

and curry still dont play D, still has a lot of trouble when double teamed, is as big as a house and still only brings down 7 boards a night. Granted the bulls do need a inside presence on the offensive side of the ball. Pretty much everything he got knocked for in chicago he is still gettin knocked for with the bulls.

Sorry, but Curry and Chandler are better than any inside presence the Bulls currently have...They both had beastly seasons too...PeACe

Chandler was a fuckin beast this year, he improved every aspect of his game this year. I would call Currys season beasting tho. He dropped 20 points a game as the Knicks number 1 offensive option. He had a very nice season, but I would call it beasting.

I talked about this with NIK a while back. Curry and Chandler complimented each other well. Curry- good scorer, Chandler- excellent rebounder and defender. They book end the post for you and even though Curry has defensive liabilities, Chandler made up for them. I think they were so inconsistent early in their careers, Chicago panicked a little bit. And Curry with the heart problems did not help either. Let see what kind of pick we can get in the draft and hopefully get a frontcourt player and a scoring threat in the post.

Yeah but he was a HUGE ? because of his heart condition at the time, and that was the major factor behind the Bulls not re-upping w/ him.

I don't mind them trading Curry or Chandler. Like others mentioned, both were question marks. Chandler had a great season, and Curry was good--not great--in my mind as the number 1 on the Knicks, which isn't saying much. Plus, you have to look at all of the players the Bulls drafted as a result of trading Curry.

Chandler+Curry >>>>> Ben Wallace

Chandler+Curry >>>>> Ben Wallace
:'( True, but I like the direction they are going since the trades. And with a first round pick in this year's draft, It will be interesting to see if they can pick up another big man.
-
I mean, no team can ever make perfect decisions. In my opinion, if the Pistons had drafted Bosh, Melo, or D. Wade instead of Milibust, they wouldn't have wanted/needed to sign Rasheed, and probably wouldn't have won a ring that year...even though they may have been better suited for the future, possibly. So you can never really tell what's gonna happen, and in the Bulls case, they need to be HAAAAPPY that they are in this spot.
And aside from those moves, I thought it was idiotic how they just gave away J.R. Smith for absolutely nothing at all. The Lakers coulda gave them somethin for him in my opinion.

Chandler+Curry >>>>> Ben Wallace
Two starters are more often than not going to be better than one starter. However, they weren't doing it for the Bulls. Besides, the Bulls need an inside scorer that plays defense, unfortunately we had to have Curry and Chandler on the court to satisfy that need, and that just wasn't cutting it.

That series was great. The Bulls destroyed them in the second half of every game.

Curry and Chandler looked good together that last season they played for the Bulls...They were developing something very dominant in Chicago. I just believe the Bulls gave up on it too soon, most likely cuz of Curry's "condition".
-
^yeah but chicagoo is playing theyre best ball in 9 years now
-
^^Yup...But I honestly think they coulda' been undisputed kings of the east.
-
I liked the way they were looking as well, but a heart condition is serious business, clearly something the Bulls wanted no part of. Looking at what Curry and Chandler did this year I can honestly say I'm not surprised, but I would like to get one player that has the skills of both of them combined (i.e. Gasol or Garnett). I know that's asking a lot, but I think that's what the Bulls were, and still are, looking for. Hopefully the Knicks get an early pick and we can draft a legit low post scorer.
