2 albums that I use 2 say were my 2 least fav. X records, and ppl would always jump at me. I decided to re-do X's catalog (currently on MVM) and Restless is probably now #1 on my list. This album is FIRE man. Bumpin TOP 2 BOTTOM. And I ain't jokin man, I rated every song either a 4 or 5 on here.
ATSOF is also dope. I use 2 only bump the 2 singles and now I noticed how good "at the speed of life", "eyes may shine", "positively negative", "bird's eye view", "hit & run pt.2", "carry the weight", and "plastic surgery" are.
I will start a thread sometime this weekend on X's catalog to share my thoughts, and get every1 else's ;D

Sometimes..it not what others think of the album that shuld matter at the end of the day.
Albums have weird way of connecting with you,if you let them..
So at the end of day,the only opinon that matters is yours, cuz you gave it your time, unconditional dediction and best of all A Chance!!
Nah i mean!
Blu!! 8)

ohh I didn't change my opinion because of what others said, I just bumped them agian, and loved them. BTY, b4 2day, those 2 X records were 2 I had ever bumped the least, so that's probably why they flew over my head

Restless is too dope, I always thought Loud shoud've dropped "Get Your Walk On" as the 2nd single instead of "Front 2 Back" because that record right there is classic, they put it out as the 3rd single so it was all good tho

this album may be the best album ever "single wise" only
all 3 singles are 5/5 CLASSICS for me

I liked all his albums, I honesty don't think he slips up like alot of other niggas in the game do. :-\

I like all of his albums but thats the order of my most favorite to least.

im'a start a thread when i'm done with WOMD & Full Circle
-
heck yeah restless was a banger all the way thru
-
At the Speed of Life, 40 Dayz & 40 Nightz & Restless was X's strongest than after that he got a lil weaker but not wack.
In my opinion, the order he realesed his albums is how I'd rate them. Except maybe Full Circle. That was a lil better than Weapons of Mass Destruction.
-
those were both real hot albums but i gotta go with 40 dayz 40 nightz
-
ATSOF is on Soul On Ice level if you ask me.
then again Xzibit and Ras are out of the same camp and came in together.
-
I want Xzibit to go back to some more E-Swift production on his next album. The Likwit Crew/party vibe has been missing from his albums for a minute now.

that would be dope. Im also doing King Tee's catalog (for the 1st time). His 1st solo (Act a Fool) is a classic IMO. I'm currently doin his 2nd solo (at your own risk) and it's also extremely dope so far. Eventually I needa do the album in your avatar ;D

Tha Liks have a dope catalogue. 1st 3 are borderline classics IMO and X.O. Experience is very good and Firewater was a little bit of a letdown but solid. King Tee put them on and Xzibit so they whole camp has some nice albums. Defari also.

I've only heard Defari's latest album which was cool. I'll do his catalog eventually

If you like his last one, you will flip over his 1st one. He really has not been able to match the first one, not to say his others are wack. His 2nd one is dope too.

props man. I thought his last 1 was a decent effort, nothing groundbreaking, but a good release overall

restless was his biggest record wasnt it? i remember even the surfers down the street liked it.
album is pretty dope top to bottom. ATSOL was good too, but hardly as good as restless or MvM.
-
ATSOL, IMO contains Xzbiit's best track of his catalogue; The Foundation.
-
^yeah foundation is up there.

Yeah Restless is his biggest album. That one had so many dope guests and the production was top notch.
-
Restless is pretty much accepted by anyone, there's something for everyone on that record.
