Exclusive Interview With Robert "Fonksta" Bacon" - May 2, 2007 By : Eddie Gurrola
(http://www.dubcnn.com/interviews/robertbacon/robertbacon.jpg)
Hey everyone, this is Eddie, doing my first update on Dubcnn. Dubcnn recently sat down to talk to a true legend of Funk and Hip-Hop. To many he is an inspiration and all who have heard his contributions to music are aware of Robert "Fonksta" Bacon's immense talent.
We took time to discuss his memories of working and recording with (DJ) Quik, his current projects including a solo album currently in production called "Earth Smells Funny" and even find out what he has been working on recently.
We find out who he still wants to work with in the industry and even hear about the time he recorded the acclaimed "Medley For A V" Reprise track from the album "Rhythm-al-ism" as well as much more in this exclusive interview.

thanks alot for the interview!!
This man is just a genius on the guitar. I remember jumping around my entire room (playing an invisible air guitar ;D) to the Rhythm-Al-Ism Outro years back ;D ;D ;D
I really hope his record drops (funny title too). You should check out his Myspace too, he got some really great cuts on there:

Great interview, thanks!
Rob is such a genius, he puts music before money, not like these rappers who don't know shit about real music.
The "Repirse" story was nice, I can imagine Quik's face on "Go for it, Bacon". 8)
Keep The "P" In It

Great interview man. A bit short maybe, but great nonetheless.
