Title: can anybody help w/ little computer prob?? free CD

basiclly my comp is running slow even though i just re installed XP, i have a dell with pentium 4, and when i complained about it before to dell, they told me go to

START, then click on RUN

i then typed something in order view what programs start up when the computer does.  and i was able to have no programs run at start up unless i ativated them (like AIM etc.)

does anyone know what to type at RUN in order to activate this????  will prop immediately after reaching 500 and/or can try to hook whatever u ask for (album movies, wateva)

then go to startup tab
