Damn, thats a great song :o
Say what you want about Kanye but hes one talented producer. Has some elemetns of Would Get Far, this is way mroe funky though.
-
^^ agreed. i respect kanye as a producer, but its his ego that sometimes makes him unbearable to listen to on a track... other than that, i can care less how fruity he dresses, as long as the music is hot
also heres a dl link

No way I'm checking this. This is one of my most anticipated albums this year and I don't want to spoil it. Common + Kanye = dopeness. But props for upping this anyway.
Damn, when does the album drop again?
-
sounds dope, props for the links guys

Its the 1st single anways, so theres no harm:
“The People” is the first single off Finding Forever and it’s one of our favorite tracks on the album. It’s a declaration of people struggling through everyday life set to a head-bobbing beat that has the potential to be a radio hit. Common calls the song a “declaration of who is.” Dwele sings on the hook, which has been sped up in typical Kanye fashion. Dwele sings, “By the people, for the people…Good days have come to stay.” Common raps, “The people said I was sharp, at the Grammys they tried to India.Arie me.” This is a reference to Common getting nominated for five Grammys this year for Be and not winning any like India.Arie with her seven nominations in 2002. Another sample lyric: “Can’t leave rap alone the streets need me.” Kanye made the beat in Australia when he was on tour.
Release date is July 10th.

I'm with you bro. I've made it a point to only download full singles. I'm sick of hearing half the damn album before it even leaks, much less reaches the shelves.

-
man if the album sounds like the single i'll definetly buy it.
-
Damn, this sounds HOT.Props for the link 8)
-
props nice track
-
Pure dopeness, not much more to say.
Don't think Dwele's been speeded up though, he's that deep voiced to still sound relatively normal after being sped up.
-
Damn this is dopeness! Common allways comes nice. One of the best beats i heard from Kanye for a while! Even though I still think his drums can be a bit boring..
A dope track, can't wait for the album!
-
