"In 1998, Death Row Records were scheduled to release an album of the name, "Inside Out" through Breakaway/Navarre. The album was pushed back on various occasions, but ended up being released as "Chronic 2000". Several songs from the original Inside Out compilation were used on Chronic 2000, but some were dropped (inc. "With Me Tonight" by Jewell, "Snoop Dogg/Bitch Dogg" by Swoop G w/Lil' C-Style). Danny Boy "Against All Odds" was another of those songs that didn't make the album, and has remained completely UNHEARD and extremely wanted by Death Row fans after until now. Death Row are planning to leak albums by Crooked I, Petey Pablo and Kurupt, but it's unexpected that this will ever appear from the vaults. So I now present to you Danny Boy - Against All Odds. His 96 album was a banger. ;) I loved it. He's good without guest. Trust me, if you heard the album you'd love it.

Hey to am7's gay ass reply. I was the 16 one probly the first to see the song on the myspace, and know what it was. I told Nino Brown & he hit up DB at work to remove it. I didn't want to leak it due to rammification, but Danny Boy never removed it even after 33 plays. So I leaked that shit with some info. For those Mr. Makaveli people. Get your information right Hyland. I hear that shit you say. You will be straightened out with the rest of them.

I agree, but when people make the stupidest statements. People must be called out. I love the song to death; it's just his "people" urk me. What's up DJR? Haven't seen you in ages.

Just curious...why don't you leak all the unreleased DR material you have?
Is it because you promised the people who gave it to you that you wouldn't?
Is it because you plan on selling it?
I'm just curious. I've got some rare stuff...but I won't ever leak it or talk about what it is because I promised the people who gave it to me that I wouldn't. So I'm just wondering.

I don't have that much good DR, but what I do have i'll leak. Some of it i've been told to keep to myself. I don't do bootlegs. That's not my thing.

I had my mp3 player on 'random' at the weekend and 'The Christmas Song' by Danny Boy from 'Xmas on Death Row' came on.
Now, obviously the first thing this prompted me to do was delete the song from the player due to the fact that it's absolutely terrible and must have hidden somewhere and escaped my attention when I was deleting the 80% of that album that's tedious R&B wank.
But it also struck me how incredibly naff Danny Boy is - he sings like someone auditiong for Pop Idol in front of Simon Cowell - you know, trying far too hard despite the fact he's clearly just passable but will never be a star.
On top of which, he sings like a fruit. Come on, I know it's not fashionable to comment on that cos it suggests I've paid too much attention, but that kid is definitely batting for the other team.

wasnt he on pop idol and got booted off because he was still "signed" to death row ?
