Title: What song did Suga Free sample for "You know my name"?

I actually had the original song back in 2002, but I can't remember the original artist for anything right now. I have heard the song 4-5 times this year, and the beat is identical to the one that Suga Free rapped over, aside from the typical bridge changes. I know on the original, on the hook or somethin, they were like "Back, back, forth and forth" just like Method Man did on one song, and similar to Aaliyah I suppose.

I was listening to this song this very morning.

It's such a shame that Quik didnt mix this because it it soooooo close to being *REALLY* good, but somehow it just lacks that final bit of spice.....
