Title: Renouncing DCM member status
Post by: Tanjential on May 15, 2007, 05:08:51 PM: I just liked that old school late 80s up to the mid 90s Too short/Banks/Shorty B shiit. I never intended to claim i knew alot about the crew otherwise. I've slacked on research, reviews, and even reading the interviews. I've nothing against the DCM and am still in support of it, I just no longer will have it on my title to imply that I am anything more than a casual fan. I'd like to take this oppurtunity to amicably depart from my previous DCM status. I'm just down for classic west coast hip hop to get its props period. and voting for Ron Paul is the first step. Dude would legalize weed, get rid of the IRS AND get us out of Iraq, come on!

Anyway, I do have a west coast nostalgia/revival movement of my own in mind that would more suit me, stay tuned.

Good that you corrected that Lamont. No need for hating,thanx to you and the movement that followed,dudes like Tanji got to know about cat's like Shorty B and Pee-Wee. Yes the NWA family tree is a vital stone in the west coast history,but there's so much more talent out there that dudes needs to check out,this is history right here.
