Title: Cartoon Wars
Post by: M Dogg™ on May 17, 2007, 11:41:51 PM: Sorry, I just got inspired by the whole Family Guy biting Simpsons, but then I noticed how much South Park is influenced, which I don't relate South Park to the Simpsons ever, and then I remember Ren and Stimpy and Bevis and Butthead. I wouldn't couldn't count King of the Hill because that's from the same guy as Bevis and Butthead, and American Dad, because that's just a straight rip off that was soon forgotten, and Futurama because that was from the guy who did the Simpsons. Other cartoons, well they just aren't in the same league, as these cartoons cater to the same Jon Steward watching, slacker crowd, and they seem to be the most successful cartoons. So in your opinion, which is your favorite. Don't pick the Simpsons because you think they are the most influental, only pick the Simpsons if they are your favorite to watch.

The first 7 or 8 seasons are untouchable by any of the other shows. + They have 10 more seasons after that. South Park is funny because it's lewd and has more shock value. O yeah and The Simpsons was the most influential. ;)

transformer was the shit back then and still is! so many memories!!! X-Men was cool too but i choose The Simpsons because neither of them are in the poll.
